Notice to the Client Clause Samples

The "Notice to the Client" clause defines the requirements and procedures for formally communicating important information to the client under the contract. Typically, it specifies the acceptable methods of delivering notices—such as by email, postal mail, or courier—and may outline the address or contact details to be used, as well as when a notice is considered received. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear, agreed-upon process for delivering and acknowledging critical communications, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes about whether proper notice was given.
