Notices by Lessor Sample Clauses

The "Notices by Lessor" clause defines the requirements and procedures for the landlord (lessor) to provide formal communications to the tenant (lessee) under the lease agreement. Typically, this clause specifies the acceptable methods for delivering notices, such as by mail, email, or personal delivery, and may outline the address or contact information to be used. It ensures that important information—such as changes to the lease, maintenance schedules, or default notifications—is properly communicated and received, thereby reducing misunderstandings and providing a clear record of correspondence between the parties.
