Notices; Payments. (b) Any Notice required or permitted to be given to a Holder of Registered Notes shall be given by first-class mail, postage prepaid, at the address of such Holder as shown in the Note Register. Any Notice so mailed within the time prescribed in this Agreement shall be conclusively presumed to have been duly given, whether or not the Noteholder receives such Notice.

Notices; Payments. In the case of any Successor Servicer, successor Trustee or any successor Paying Agent or successor Transfer Agent and Registrar, notices shall be given to such Person at the address designated by it in a notice to the other parties hereto at the addresses designated above as applicable. (b) Any Notice required or permitted to be given mailed to a Holder of Registered Notes Noteholder shall be given by first-class mail, postage prepaid, at the address of such Holder Noteholder as shown in the Note Register. Any Notice so mailed within the time prescribed in this Agreement Indenture shall be conclusively presumed to have been duly given, whether or not the Noteholder receives such Noticenotice.

In addition, in the case of any Series or Class with respect to which any Notes are outstanding, any Notice required or permitted to be given to Noteholders of such Series or Class shall be published in an Authorized Newspaper within the time period prescribed in this Agreement.
