Notification and Transmittal of Monies. The Association will certify to the Board, in writing, the current rate of annual membership dues. By November 1 of each year, at the request of the MVEA, the Board will provide the Montana Association with a list of those employees who have authorized the Board to deduct dues for membership in the United Education Profession or the professional representation fee. The Board will notify the MVEA of any changes in the list. All remaining unpaid dues or fees shall be deducted from the final paycheck of a person leaving employment of the school district before the end of the school year for any reason excepting death. Said monies, together with records of any corrections, shall be transmitted to the local MEA unit of the Montana Education Association on a monthly basis and no later than ten (10) days following actual deduction.
