Notification by Employee. When an employee is unable to report to work, he shall notify his immediate Supervisor or other designated person before the time he is scheduled to report to work on each day of absence, unless the nature of an emergency or other conditions make it impossible, or other arrangements have been made in advance with the Supervisor.
