Notification of Applicants. i) The employer shall on the closing of the bid, post on the bulletin board, a list of the applicants and current seniority status of the applicants. ii) The Union shall have the right to have an elected representative as an observer present during all aspects of in-house competition, unless requested otherwise by the applicant to the Bargaining Chair. iii) Outside advertising may occur concurrently with internal posting. In-service candidates shall be considered prior to any other candidate.
