Common use of Notification of Assignment Clause in Contracts

Notification of Assignment. An employee shall know at the time of issuance of the contract or at the close of school, whichever is later, and in the case of paraprofessionals, the subject or level in which it is anticipated the employee will be working. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the assignment of employees who work with students may be changed as determined by the District to meet the needs of students.
