Notification of Cancellation. The Contractor is required to notify the County by certified mail, return receipt requested, of the cancellation, non-renewal or material change of any insurance coverage or policy immediately upon receiving notice of cancellation, non-renewal or material change. Where such notice is not provided by the insurer, Contractor shall provide the notice directly.
