Notification of Change Clause Samples
The Notification of Change clause requires one party to formally inform the other party about any significant changes that may affect the agreement or its performance. Typically, this involves providing written notice within a specified timeframe when changes occur, such as modifications to contact information, business structure, or key personnel. By mandating prompt communication of relevant changes, this clause ensures both parties remain informed and can adapt accordingly, thereby reducing misunderstandings and maintaining the integrity of the contractual relationship.
