Common use of Notification of Changes Clause in Contracts

Notification of Changes. The Investor hereby covenants and agrees to notify the Company upon the occurrence of any event prior to the closing of the purchase of the Securities pursuant to this Subscription Agreement, which would cause any representation, warranty, or covenant of the Investor contained in this Subscription Agreement to be false or incorrect. The Investor agrees that, upon demand, it will promptly furnish any information, and execute and deliver such documents, as reasonably required by the Company and/or the Portal.

Notification of Changes. The Investor hereby covenants and agrees to notify the Company upon the occurrence of any event prior to the closing of the purchase of the Securities pursuant to this Subscription Agreement, which Closing that would cause any representation, warranty, or covenant of the Investor Investor, made on behalf of itself and each Exchanging Investor, contained in this Subscription Exchange Agreement to be false or incorrect. The Investor agrees that, upon demand, it will promptly furnish any information, and execute and deliver such documents, as reasonably required by the Company and/or the Portal.

Notification of Changes. Notification of Changes. The Investor hereby covenants and agrees to notify the Company upon the occurrence of any event prior to the closing of the purchase of the Securities Supplemental Shares pursuant to this Subscription Agreement, Letter Agreement which would cause any representation, warranty, or covenant of the Investor contained in this Subscription Letter Agreement to be false or incorrect. The Investor agrees that, upon demand, it will promptly furnish any information, and execute and deliver such documents, as reasonably required by the Company and/or the Portal.

Notification of Changes. The Investor hereby covenants and agrees to notify the Company upon the occurrence of any event prior to the closing of the purchase of the Securities Closing pursuant to this Subscription Agreement, which Agreement that would cause any representation, warranty, warranty or covenant of the Investor contained in this Subscription Agreement to be false or incorrect. The Investor agrees that, upon demand, it will promptly furnish any information, and execute and deliver such documents, as reasonably required by the Company and/or the Portal.

The Investor agrees that, upon demand, it will promptly furnish incorrect in any information, and execute and deliver such documents, as reasonably required by the Company and/or the Portalmaterial respect.

Notification of Changes. The Each Investor hereby covenants and agrees to notify the Company promptly upon becoming aware of the occurrence of any event prior to the closing Closing that would cause any representation, warranty, or covenant of such Investor contained in this Repurchase Agreement to be false or incorrect. The Company hereby covenants and agrees to notify the Investors promptly upon becoming aware of the purchase occurrence of any event prior to the Securities pursuant to this Subscription Agreement, which Closing that would cause any representation, warranty, or covenant of the Investor Company contained in this Subscription Repurchase Agreement to be false or incorrect. The Investor agrees that, upon demand, it will promptly furnish any information, and execute and deliver such documents, as reasonably required by the Company and/or the Portal.

Notification of Changes. The Investor hereby covenants and agrees to notify the Company promptly upon becoming aware of the occurrence of any event prior to the closing of the purchase of the Securities pursuant to this Subscription Agreement, which Closing that would cause any representation, warranty, or covenant of the Investor contained in this Subscription Conversion Agreement to be false or incorrect. The Company hereby covenants and agrees to notify the Investor agrees thatpromptly upon becoming aware of the occurrence of any event prior to the Closing that would cause any representation, upon demandwarranty, it will promptly furnish any information, and execute and deliver such documents, as reasonably required by or covenant of the Company and/or the Portalcontained in this Conversion Agreement to be false or incorrect.

The Investor (for itself and, if applicable, on behalf of each Account) hereby covenants and agrees to notify the Company upon the occurrence of any event prior to the closing of the purchase of the Securities pursuant to this Subscription Agreement, which Closing that would cause any representation, warranty, or covenant of the Investor (and/or such Account) contained in this Subscription Agreement to be false or incorrect. The Investor agrees that, upon demand, it will promptly furnish incorrect in any information, and execute and deliver such documents, as reasonably required by the Company and/or the Portalmaterial respect.

The Investor hereby covenants and agrees to notify the Company upon the occurrence of any event prior to the closing of the purchase of the Securities pursuant to this Subscription Agreement, Closing which would cause any representation, warranty, or covenant of the Investor contained in this Subscription Agreement to be false or incorrect. The Company hereby covenants and agrees to notify the Investor agrees thatupon the occurrence of any event prior to the Closing which would cause any representation, upon demandwarranty, it will promptly furnish any information, and execute and deliver such documents, as reasonably required by or covenant of the Company and/or the Portalcontained in this Subscription Agreement to be false or incorrect.

The Investor agrees that, upon demand, it will promptly furnish any information, and execute and deliver such documents, as reasonably required by the Company and/or the Portal.

Notification of Changes.
