Notification of Corporation Policies and Procedures. The Corporation agrees to advise the Union in writing of all policy and procedure instructions relating to matters covered by this Agreement. The Corporation will not issue any policy and procedure instructions which are contrary to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and it is recognized that all such policy and procedure instructions may be the subject of grievance pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement.
