Notification of difficulties in achieving the Milestone Requirement. ‌ The Generator shall promptly notify the DPA Counterparty by means of a Directors' Certificate together with reasonable details in support promptly upon becoming aware of any fact, matter or circumstance which will or is reasonably likely to prevent the Generator fulfilling the Milestone Requirement by the Milestone Delivery Date.
