Common use of Notification of Intention to Return Clause in Contracts

Notification of Intention to Return. If the employee intends to accept such employment, he/she shall notify the Board of such acceptance, in writing, on or before May 30, in which event such employment shall continue as provided for herein. In default of such notice, the Board shall not be required to continue the employment of the employee.
