---ANSWERING SERVICE Clause Samples

The Answering Service clause defines the obligations and parameters for providing telephone answering or message-taking services on behalf of a client. Typically, this clause outlines the hours of operation, the procedures for handling incoming calls, and the standards for relaying messages to the client, such as timeliness and confidentiality. By establishing clear expectations for how calls are managed and communicated, the clause ensures reliable client communication and helps prevent misunderstandings or missed messages.
