Common use of Notification of late payment Clause in Contracts

Notification of late payment. in the event of the unconditional payment to the Paying Agents or the Note Trustee of any sum due in respect of any of the Current Issuer Notes or any of them being made after the due date for payment thereof, forthwith give or procure to be given notice to the relevant Noteholders in accordance with the Current Issuer Conditions that such payment has been made;
