NOTIFICATION OF MANAGEMENT. Tenant shall promptly notify Landlord of the presence of any of the following conditions: i. A water leak, excessive moisture, or standing water inside the Unit; ii. Any water leak, excessive moisture, or standing water in any common area; iii. Any seepage, staining, or mildew on any surface in the Unit; and/or iv. A malfunction in any part of the heating, air conditioning, or ventilation systems in the Unit.
