Common use of NOTIFICATION OF MANAGEMENT Clause in Contracts

NOTIFICATION OF MANAGEMENT. Resident shall immediately notify the Work Order Center, of the presence of the following conditions: • A water leak, excessive moisture, or standing water inside the Leased Premises and/or in any community common area; • Mold growth in or on the Leased Premises that persists after Resident has tried several times to remove it with household cleaning solutions, such as Lysol or Pine‐ Sol disinfectants, Tilex Mildew Remover, or Clorox, or a combination of water and bleach, however, resident should not use these cleaning materials on porous surfaces such as sheetrock/drywall, ceilings, carpet and tile; • A malfunction in any part of the air‐conditioning, heating, or ventilation systems in the Leased Premises.
