Notification of non-complying Installation. If the Trader becomes aware that a Customer's Installation does not comply with the Network Connection Standards, the Trader must notify the Distributor of the ICP identifier of the Customer's Installation and the details of the non-compliance as soon as practicable after becoming aware of the non-compliance. The Distributor must promptly investigate the non-compliance and keep the Trader informed of the actions taken to resolve the non-compliance.

  • Notice of Non-Compliance If for any reason the Contractor does not comply, or anticipates that it will be unable to comply, with a provision in this Schedule in any respect, the Contractor must promptly notify the Province of the particulars of the non-compliance or anticipated non-compliance and what steps it proposes to take to address, or prevent recurrence of, the non-compliance or anticipated non-compliance.

  • Equipment Installation In order to meet its obligations under this Agreement, a Party that owns, rents, or leases equipment (the equipment owner) may require installation of such equipment on property owned by another Party (the property owner), provided that the property is being used for an electric utility purpose and that the property owner shall not be required to do so if it would thereby be prevented from performing its own obligations or exercising its rights under this Agreement.
