NOTIFICATION OF NON-RENEWAL OF CONTRACT. If new individual contracts (continuing, probationary or annual), are not offered for the ensuing year to full-time faculty members, they shall be notified in writing of the potential for non- renewal on or before March 15, or October 15 for those on a contract which terminates in December. Final determination for non-renewal, if necessary, shall be in writing by Certified Mail postmarked on or before May 15, or November 15 for those on a contract which terminates in December.
