Renewal of Contract. This contract may be renewed by Virginia Tech upon the written agreement of both parties for (2) two, three-year renewals, under the terms of the current contract, and at a reasonable time (approximately 90 days) prior to the expiration.
Renewal of Contract. Renewal of Contract by The Plan‌ This Contract will be renewed unless one of the following occurs:
Renewal of Contract. If a Board representative does not inform the Superintendent in writing on or before the seventh day after the regular December board meeting of the Board’s intention to consider the nonrenewal or amendment of this contract, the contract will automatically renew for a period of one year from and after the expiration date provided in Section 1 of this contract. The Superintendent shall remind the Board in writing of this provision no later than its regular November meeting of each year of this contract and shall make the renewal of his employment contract an agenda item for the regular December board meeting during each year of this contract. At the time of each contract renewal and/or amendment, the Superintendent shall be responsible for taking all necessary steps to insure that the district has complied with the Superintendent Pay Transparency Act.
Renewal of Contract. 5.1. We will write to you in good time before your renewal date, offering your terms or in situations where we are not inviting renewal we will tell you. Renewal of the contract is based on the information you supplied when we arranged your current contract along with any amendments you have made during the period of cover. It is important that you tell us about any changes to your requirements. 5.2. Where we offer you renewal terms and your insurance is paid by continuous monthly direct debit instalments, in the absence of a response from you, we will deem this as your consent to renew automatically.
Renewal of Contract. This contract may be renewed by the DMHMRSAS upon written agreement of all parties for four (4) successive one year periods, under the terms of the current contract, and at a reasonable time (approximately 90 days) prior to the expiration.
Renewal of Contract. The contract may be renewed at the discretion of MDRS upon written notice to Contractor at least thirty (30) days prior to each contract anniversary date for a period of four (4) successive one-year periods under the same prices, terms, and conditions as in the original contract and/or subsequent contracts. The total number of renewal years permitted shall not exceed three (3), or extend past June 30, 2020.

The Superintendent shall remind the Board in writing of this provision no later than its regular December meeting of each year of this contract and shall make the renewal of his employment contract an agenda item for the regular January board meeting during each year of this contract, unless the Board’s regular January meeting occurs after January 15, in which case the Superintendent shall remind the Board in writing of this provision no later than its regular December meeting and shall make the renewal of his employment contract an agenda item for the regular December board meeting. At the time of each contract renewal and/or amendment, the Superintendent shall be responsible for taking all necessary steps to insure that the district has complied with the Superintendent Pay Transparency Act.
Renewal of Contract. Not later than the Tuesday following the board’s regular January meeting each year the Secretary of the Board shall notify the Superintendent in writing of the Board’s intention to continue or not to renew this Contract. Failure of the Board to provide the Superintendent with notice of the Board’s intention not to renew this Contract will result in the Contract being renewed for one contract year. It shall be the Superintendent’s obligation to remind the board of this provision by placing an agenda item regarding contract renewal on the agenda of the board’s regular December meeting. Failure by the Superintendent to place this item on the agenda as required by this paragraph shall be grounds for the termination and/or cancellation of the superintendent’s contract. At the time of each contract renewal and/or amendment the Superintendent shall be responsible for taking all necessary steps to insure that the district has complied with the Superintendent Pay Transparency Act.
Renewal of Contract. This agreement may be renewed annually by the parties with such changes or amendments as the parties may agree on before January 31st of each year. Such renewal shall be reduced to writing and executed by the parties hereto, pursuant to approval by the Board and to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 79-824, et. seq. and other applicable laws.
