Notification of redemption or repayment. The Issuer shall, not less than the number of days specified in the relevant Section of this Indenture prior to the redemption or repayment date in respect of any Note, give to the Trustee notice in writing of the amount of such redemption or repayment pursuant to this Indenture and duly proceed to redeem or repay such Notes accordingly.
