Notification of Unauthorized Disclosure. Each of the Parties shall immediately notify the other in the event it discovers the loss or unauthorized disclosure of any Confidential Information and shall take all reasonable steps to retrieve and prevent further loss or unauthorized disclosure of such Confidential Information.
