Notification Regarding Letting/Transfer. If the Allottees lets out or sells the Said Apartment And Appurtenances, the Allottees shall immediately notify the Facility Manager/the Association (upon formation)/the Apex Body (upon formation) of the tenant’s/ Allottees address and telephone number. Similarly shall not keep in the parking place anything other than private motor car of standard size or a two-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and shall not raise or put up any kutcha or pucca constructions grilled wall or enclosure thereon or part thereof and shall keep it always open as before. Dwelling or staying of any person or blocking by putting any articles shall not be permitted.
