Notification to Workers. Contractor shall post the prevailing wage schedule in a place conspicuous to all workers on the Project Site and shall notify each worker, in writing, of the following as they commence Work on the Contract: the worker’s job classification, the established minimum wage rate requirement for that classification, as well as the worker’s actual wage. The notice must be delivered to and signed in acknowledgement of receipt by the worker and must list both the wages and fringe benefits to be paid or furnished for each classification in which the worker is assigned duties. 2.2.1.1 Contractor shall submit a copy of each worker’s wage-rate notification to Owner with the application for progress payment for the period during which the worker was engaged in activities on behalf of the Project.
