Common use of Number of Days Clause in Contracts

Number of Days. Each full time teacher will be allowed two (2) days per year for personal business. Accumulated days are earned by saving personal business days from the previous year. A maximum of five (5) may be accumulated. Part-time teachers shall have their personal business leave pro-rated. Teachers may request that the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources approve the conversion of one of their sick leave days to a personal business leave day.
