Common use of Number of Holidays Clause in Contracts

Number of Holidays. Employees shall receive the holidays each year as established by a resolution of the County Board, however, the County Board shall establish a total of at least ten (10) full days in years without a general election and at least eleven (11) full days in years with a general election.
