Common use of Number of Union Representatives Clause in Contracts

Number of Union Representatives. A. The Union will be allotted one Union representative for every 25 bargaining unit employees, except that the number of representatives at the Military Personnel Records Center will not exceed 3% of the bargaining unit employees assigned to the Military Personnel Records Center for a period of one year after the date of enactment of this Agreement. After the expiration of the one year period, the cap will increase by 0.25% in each subsequent year. The cap will be negotiated within three years of the date of enactment of this Agreement. B. The number of representatives allotted under the formula in Section 2A of this Article will be calculated on an annual basis.
