Common use of Number Two Clause in Contracts

Number Two. If the decision of the Director Administration - CN Police or designated officer of the Department is not satisfactory to the employee, an appeal may be made in writing on behalf of the employee by the appropriate representative of the Association to the Chief, CN Police within 30 calendar days after the date the employee receives the decision under Step Number One. The Chief, CN Police or other designated officer shall render a decision in writing within 30 calendar days after the date he/she received the appeal.

Number Two. If the decision of the Director Administration - Chief, CN Police or designated officer of the Department is not satisfactory to the employee, an appeal may be made in writing on behalf of the employee by the appropriate representative of the Association to the Chief, CN Police Vice-President – Human Resources within 30 calendar days after the date the employee he/she receives the decision of the Chief, CN Police under Step Number One. The Chief, CN Police or other designated officer Vice-President shall render a his/her decision in writing within 30 calendar days after the date he/she received the appeal.

Number Two. The Chief, CN Police or other designated officer Vice-President shall render a his/her decision in writing within 30 calendar days after the date he/she received the appeal.

Number Two. If the decision of the Director Administration - Chief, CN Police or designated officer of the Department is not satisfactory to the employee, an appeal may be made in writing on behalf of the employee by the appropriate representative of the Association to the Chief, CN Police representative of Human Resources within 30 60 calendar days after the date the employee he/she receives the decision of the Chief, CN Police under Step Number One. The Chief, CN Police or other designated officer representative of Human Resources shall render a his/her decision in writing within 30 60 calendar days after the date he/she received the appeal.
