Nurses’ Status While on Voluntary Low-Census. A nurse may agree to 31 be placed by the Medical Center in one (1) of the following three (3) 32 categories by mutual agreement: 1 (a) Full Low Census. This means that the nurse is not obligated to the 2 Medical Center for that shift.
