Without Standby Clause Samples
The "Without Standby" clause specifies that a party is not required to provide standby services or resources as part of their contractual obligations. In practice, this means that the party will only perform the agreed-upon services or deliverables, without maintaining additional personnel, equipment, or readiness to act outside the defined scope or schedule. This clause helps prevent misunderstandings about the availability of extra support and ensures that the party is not held responsible for being on call or providing backup services unless explicitly agreed upon.
