Common use of Without Standby Clause in Contracts

Without Standby. If the nurse agrees with the Medical Center’s request for partial day low census without standby, the nurse will be given a scheduled time to report to work for a portion of the shift at the nurse’s straight-time hourly rate, but will not be placed on standby for the other portion of the shift.
