Nursing Assistant. Certificate III / Certificate IV An Employee at this level is a holder of a Certificate III or Certificate IV relevant to the position. An Employee at this level is expected to perform all the tasks of a Nursing Assistant. Nursing Assistants who hold a Certificate III/ Certificate IV and who have completed the relevant medication qualification to administer medication may be also required to assist residents with medications within a delegated or assigned range of duties, subject to legislative requirements A.
Nursing Assistant. During the term of the preceding certified agreement, the parties agreed that the Nursing Assistant classification would no longer have application. The parties maintain such agreement and as a result the Nursing Assistant classification no longer has application – the minimum classification for such an employee is Personal Care Worker Grade 1.
