Nursing Coverage. In extraordinary circumstances where the Employer requires a Nurse to work beyond sixteen (16) hours in a twenty-four (24) hour period, the Nurse’s manager will ensure that options including but not limited to overtime or short notice change of schedule, have been exhausted by the Employer prior to requiring a Nurse to work beyond sixteen (16) hours.
