Common use of Objectionable Material Clause in Contracts

Objectionable Material. The Library Account and End User understands that through use of the Site, Site Content and Service they may encounter content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable, which content may or may not be identified as such. Library Account and End User agree to use the Site, Site Content and Service at their sole risk and that ▇▇.▇▇▇ shall have no liability for the type of content that may be accessed, including, without limitation, content that End User may find offensive, indecent, or objectionable.
