Technical Standards. The Generation System shall be installed and operated by the Interconnection Customer consistent with the requirements of this Agreement; the Technical Requirements; the applicable requirements located in the National Electrical Code (NEC); the applicable standards published by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE); and local building and other applicable ordinances in effect at the time of the installation of the Generation System.
Technical Standards. Each Participating TO shall develop technical standards for the design, construction, inspection, and testing applicable to proposed interconnections of transmission facilities or load to that part of the CAISO Controlled Grid facilities owned by the Participating TO or to which that Participating TO has Entitlements. Such standards shall be consistent with Applicable Reliability Criteria and shall be developed in consultation with the CAISO. The Participating TO shall periodically review and revise its criteria to ensure compliance with Applicable Reliability Criteria.
