Professional Standards Sample Clauses
A professional standards clause sets the expectation that services or work performed under the agreement will meet established industry norms and levels of competence. This clause typically requires parties, such as contractors or consultants, to adhere to the recognized standards of their profession, ensuring that their work is performed with due skill, care, and diligence. By including this provision, the contract helps ensure quality and reliability, and provides a clear benchmark for evaluating performance or addressing disputes about the adequacy of services delivered.
