Common use of Professional Standards Clause in Contracts

Professional Standards. Consultant shall perform all work to the standards of Consultant’s profession and in a manner reasonably satisfactory to City. Consultant shall keep itself fully informed of and in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations in any manner affecting the performance of this Agreement, including all Cal/OSHA requirements, the conflict of interest provisions of Government Code § 1090 and the Political Reform Act (Government Code § 81000 et seq.).

Consultant shall perform all work to with the standards level of Consultant’s skill and care ordinarily exercised by members of the same profession operating under similar circumstances and in the same or similar locality at the time of performance and in a manner reasonably satisfactory to City. Consultant shall keep itself fully informed of and in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations in any manner affecting the performance of this Agreement, including all Cal/OSHA requirements, the conflict of conflict-of-interest provisions of Government Code § 1090 and the Political Reform Act (Government Code § 81000 et seq.).

Consultant shall keep itself fully informed of and in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations in any manner affecting the performance of this Agreement, including all Cal/OSHA requirements, the conflict of interest provisions of Government Code § 1090 and the Political Reform Act (Government Code § 81000 et seq.).
