Common use of Objective of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Objective of this Agreement. 2.1 The objective of this Agreement is to set forth: 2.1.1 the principles of the collaboration between DNDi and Entasis in the performance of the Collaboration Programme; 2.1.2 the obligations and roles and responsibilities of the Parties with respect to performance of the Collaboration Programme; 2.1.3 the conditions pursuant to which DNDi shall provide to Entasis the right to use the DNDi Background Technology and Entasis shall provide to DNDi the right to use the Entasis Background Technology; and 2.1.4 licensing and rights to use the Collaboration Technology.
