OBJECTIVES, OUTCOMES AND OUTPUTS. Objectives 15. The objective of this Agreement is to: (a) provide a framework to the parties to work co-operatively to support the residential construction industry through the Coronavirus crisis and build confidence in the sector over the short to medium term; and (b) provide financial assistance to eligible owner-occupiers with the intent of increasing residential construction activity and maintaining direct and indirect residential construction jobs.
