Common use of Obligation to perform the Project Clause in Contracts

Obligation to perform the Project. In consideration of the provision of the Funds, the Organisation must: (a) perform the Project in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement; (b) provide each of the Deliverables identified in the Deliverables and Milestones Schedule on or before the relevant date for provision of those Deliverables specified in that Schedule, with time being of the essence; and (c) ensure that all work undertaken under this Agreement is consistent with and in furtherance of the Program Objectives and the Project Aim.
