Obligations of Assignee/Transferee and Licensee. No assignment or transfer by Licensee of this Agreement shall be effective until the assignee or transferee acknowledges to Utility in writing that it agrees to assume all of Licensee’s obligations arising under this Agreement. Licensee shall furnish Utility with written notice of the name, address, and contact information for the transferee or assignee.
