Obligations relating to Development Works Clause Samples

The "Obligations relating to Development Works" clause defines the responsibilities and duties of the parties involved in the planning, execution, and completion of development-related activities within a project. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for obtaining permits, adhering to timelines, meeting quality standards, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations during the development process. For example, it may specify that the developer must complete certain infrastructure improvements or that the landowner must provide access to the site. The core function of this clause is to clearly allocate tasks and expectations, thereby minimizing disputes and ensuring that the development proceeds smoothly and in accordance with agreed standards.
