Obligations to Continue. Notwithstanding the following provisions of this clause 24, the Supplier shall at all times proceed without delay to perform the Services. The Company must not withhold payment from the Supplier which is due and payable in respect of the Services but the Company may at its discretion, and pending resolution, withhold payment of such portion of money as may relate to the matter in dispute.
