Common use of Obligor Notification Forms Clause in Contracts

Obligor Notification Forms. The Borrower shall furnish each of the Administrative Agent and the Trustee with an appropriate power of attorney to send (at the Administrative Agent’s discretion after the occurrence of a Termination Event which has not been otherwise waived) Obligor notification forms to give notice to the Obligors of the Trustee’s interest on behalf of the Secured Parties in the Collateral and the obligation to make payments as directed by the Administrative Agent.

Obligor Notification Forms.
