Common use of Obligor Notification Forms Clause in Contracts

Obligor Notification Forms. It shall furnish the Collateral Agent and the Facility Agent with an appropriate power of attorney to send (at the Facility Agent’s discretion on the Collateral Agent’s behalf, after the occurrence and during the continuation of an Event of Default) Obligor notification forms to give notice to the Obligors of the Collateral Agent’s interest in the Collateral Portfolio and the obligation to make payments as directed by the Facility Agent on the Collateral Agent’s behalf.

It shall furnish the Collateral Agent and the Facility Loan Agent with an appropriate power of attorney to send (at the Facility Agent’s discretion on direction of the Collateral Agent’s behalf, Lead Lender solely after the occurrence and during the continuation of an Event of Defaulta Termination Event) Obligor notification forms to give notice to the Obligors of the Collateral Agent’s interest in the Collateral Portfolio and the obligation to make payments as directed by the Facility Loan Agent on the Collateral Agent’s behalf.
