Observation and Training Log. Observe any contractors’ training and maintain a training log for inclusion into the final commissioning report as required and defined by the Commissioning Specifications. The training log will include the attendees’ names, training dates, system or equipment on which training was performed, and the name, title, and contact information of the trainer.
