Common use of Observation Time Clause in Contracts

Observation Time. During each school year each employee shall be observed for the purpose of evaluations in the performance of his/her primary work assignment. Total observation time for each employee shall be not less than sixty (60) minutes with one observation to be not less than thirty (30) consecutive minutes

Observation Time. a.
