Observation Time. During each school year each employee shall be observed for the purpose of evaluations in the performance of his/her primary work assignment. Observation Time. a. Total observation time for each employee Employee shall not be less than one (1) hour. At least one observation shall be not less than sixty (60) minutes with one observation to be not less than for thirty (30) consecutive minutes. b. At least one observation shall be for thirty (30) minutes if on long form evaluation or short form evaluation.
