Ownership Information The Participant hereby covenants that so long as the Participant holds any LTIP Units, at the request of the Partnership, the Participant shall disclose to the Partnership in writing such information relating to the Participant’s ownership of the LTIP Units as the Partnership reasonably believes to be necessary or desirable to ascertain in order to comply with the Code or the requirements of any other appropriate taxing authority.
Beneficial Ownership Information We commit to provide to the procuring entity the Beneficial Ownership Information in conformity with the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form upon receipt of notification of intention to enter into a contract in the event we are the successful tenderer in this subject procurement proceeding.
Membership Information 4.3.1 The District shall take all reasonable steps to safeguard the privacy of CSEA members' personal information, including, but not limited to members Social Security Numbers, personal addresses, personal phone number, personal cellular phone number, and status as a union member. 4.3.2 District shall only post on the public portion of its website work email addresses for employees whom the public needs to contact.
Disposition of Confidential Information Upon request of City or termination or expiration of this Agreement, and pursuant to any document retention period required by this Agreement, Contractor shall promptly, but in no event later than thirty (30) calendar days, return all data given to or collected by Contractor on City’s behalf, which includes all original media. Once Contractor has received written confirmation from City that City’s Data has been successfully transferred to City, Contractor shall within ten (10) business days clear or purge all City Data from its servers, any hosted environment Contractor has used in performance of this Agreement, including its subcontractors environment(s), work stations that were used to process the data or for production of the data, and any other work files stored by Contractor in whatever medium. Contractor shall provide City with written certification that such purge occurred within five (5) business days of the purge. Secure disposal shall be accomplished by “clearing,” “purging” or “physical destruction,” in accordance with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication 800-88 or most current industry standard.
Buyer Information True and complete copies of all documents listed in the Buyer Disclosure Schedule have been made available or provided to Seller. The books of account, stock record books and other financial and corporate records of Buyer and the Buyer Subsidiaries, all of which have been made available to Seller, are complete and correct in all material respects.
