Occupancy and Guests. A. If it is necessary for the Department of Residence Services to make an assignment to a vacant space in an apartment, every effort will be made to provide you with notice of the new occupant’s arrival. Although the Department of Residence Services will make every effort to provide advance notice, any vacant space may be assigned to another individual selected by the Department of Residence Services without prior notification to you or any other student sharing the apartment. You agree that you will not interfere with any new occupant’s use or enjoyment of the assigned space or common areas. B. You may not transfer or assign any rights that you may have under this License to any other person. Any attempt to do so is null and void and will permit the Department of Residence Services to terminate this License immediately. C. Guests must be accompanied by the resident/licensee or possess a Guest Pass in order to enter the building. The Front Desk Attendant can also call your listed phone number to announce a guest(s) and obtain permission to allow your guest(s) to go up to your apartment unescorted. Overnight guests are permitted for no more than seven (7) nights per 30 day period. The resident/licensee may obtain a Guest Pass for each guest by stopping by their respective building office and filling out a Guest Pass Request Form. If your guest is staying for more than three (3) consecutive nights, written permission from your apartment mate(s) is required before the Guest Pass Request Form can be processed. In addition to building access, the Guest Pass allows the use of University Transportation services. Note: Guest Passes cannot be obtained by telephone or email. You must visit the office in person.

Occupancy and Guests. Your unit is to be used solely as a private dwelling and it is to be your only dwelling. The only persons allowed to reside in the unit must be listed on the lease agreement as occupants. Occupancy is considered as residing in the unit three days or more in any one-­‐month period. Any person residing in the unit after midnight is considered an overnight guest. You can only have one (1) overnight guest up to three (3) times total in any one-­‐month period. If a guest shows up after midnight and enters the unit, they are considered an overnight guest. If you are going to have company for longer than three (3) days/nights, you must get prior permission from Property Management. If you are going to have a person in your unit for a substantial amount of time such as a baby-­‐sitter, you must notify Property Management in writing. You may not sublet the unit. Tenants are responsible for their guests and their guest’s actions. Guests are not allowed to be in common areas without the tenant that is responsible for them. Violation of these provisions may result in eviction. All tenants listed on the lease agreement are responsible for their actions. Their negative actions may result in the eviction of the entire household. These guest rules also apply to Foreign Exchange Students. The process for tenant complaints will be as follows:
Occupancy and Guests. Occupancy of the Premises is limited to Tenant and Occupants, if any, listed on the front of this form. Visits by guests in excess of twenty-one (21) days require written Landlord approval. Violation hereof shall be a material noncompliance and, in addition to other available remedies. Landlord may assess Tenant additional rent, to cover additional wear and tear, in an amount equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the Rent, prorated for the entire time of the guest(s)’s visit.

Such consideration will be for visiting (if you are sick) or other special requests. No overnight accommodation will be permitted on site. Guests are also NOT permitted in areas that are designated as ‘Resident’s Only.’ • Tenant shall not sublet their accommodation to any other individual.

  • Occupancy and Use The premises shall be used solely as a dwelling for Tenants(s) and for no others and no others may spend amounts of time on the premises so as to disturb other Tenants. Tenant agrees not to use or permit the use of the premises for unlawful or immoral purposes. Tenant agrees to keep the premises clean, sanitary and in good order, and agrees not to hamper, disturb or interfere with other tenants in the building or apartment, not to create or suffer any nuisances in the premises affecting the rights of others, and agrees to comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and directions of governmental authorities. Upon termination of this Lease, Tenant agrees to surrender possession in as good condition and repair as when received, ordinary wear and tear accepted.

  • Access to Leased Premises Landlord may enter the Leased Premises after business hours, upon twenty-four (24) hour notice to Tenant (and at any time and without notice in case of emergency), for the purposes of (a) inspect the Leased Premises, (b) exhibiting the Leased Premises to prospective purchasers, lenders or, within one hundred eighty (180) days of the end of the Term, prospective, (c) determining whether Tenant is complying with all of its obligations hereunder, (d) supplying janitorial service and any other services to be provided by Landlord to Tenant hereunder, (e) post notices of non-responsibility, and (f) make repairs required of Landlord under the terms hereof or repairs to any adjoining space or utility services or make repairs, alterations or improvements to any other portion of the Building. For such purposes, Landlord shall at all times have and retain a key with which to unlock all of the doors in, on or about the Leased Premises (excluding Tenant’s vaults, safes, storage facilities for sensitive materials, confidential patient files and similar areas designated in writing by Tenant in advance); and Landlord shall have the right to use any and all means which Landlord may deem proper to open said doors in any emergency in order to obtain entry to the Leased Premises. If, as a result of any such inspection or for any reason, Landlord reasonably determines that Tenant has failed to meet its obligations under Section 5.2 hereof, Landlord shall so notify Tenant and Tenant shall immediately commence to cure any such failure. In the event Tenant refuses or neglects to commence and complete such cure within a reasonable time, Landlord may make or cause to be made such repairs. In such event, Landlord’s cost to make such repairs shall constitute an Advance.

  • Occupancy The Assuming Institution shall give the Receiver fifteen (15) days' prior written notice of its intention to vacate prior to vacating any leased Bank Premises with respect to which the Assuming Institution has not exercised the option provided in Section 4.6(b). Any such notice shall be deemed to terminate the Assuming Institution's option with respect to such leased Bank Premises.

  • Building With respect to each parcel of Real Estate, all of the buildings, structures and improvements now or hereafter located thereon. Business Day. Any day on which banking institutions located in the same city and State as the Agent’s Head Office are located are open for the transaction of banking business and, in the case of LIBOR Rate Loans, which also is a LIBOR Business Day.

  • Tenant’s Compliance With Landlord’s Fire and Casualty Insurance Tenant shall, at Tenant’s expense, comply with all insurance company requirements pertaining to the use of the Premises. If Tenant’s conduct or use of the Premises causes any increase in the premium for such insurance policies then Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for any such increase. Tenant, at Tenant’s expense, shall comply with all rules, orders, regulations or requirements of the American Insurance Association (formerly the National Board of Fire Underwriters) and with any similar body.
