Occupancy Date. In the event that the Occupancy Date of this Lease precedes the Rental Commencement Date, the parties hereto agree to be bound by all the terms and provisions hereof, with the exception of Tenant's obligation to pay rent, as of the Occupancy Date. The foregoing shall in no way affect the obligations of the parties under all terms and conditions of the Lease as of the Rental Commencement Date.
Occupancy Date. The Demised Premises shall be deemed to be ready for occupancy by the Tenant on the date Landlord sends to Tenant a notice that the Demised Premises are ready for occupancy by Tenant (subject to Tenant completing Tenant's work described in Section 4.2 hereof).
